Salon Policy

Here at PURE we strive for complete customer satisfaction & look forward to providing you with the best service possible.  In the unlikely event that you are ever dissatisfied with your service, we are more than happy to discuss the issue at hand and provide a correction or re-do if necessary.  

A period of NO greater than one (1) week from the original service date will qualify for any correction or re-do at no extra charge to you.  

Any length of time beyond the one (1) week period of your original visit is subject to another full or partial charge for the re-service provided.  

This is left to the discretion of the stylist and/or salon manager.

PURE does reserve the right to alter this policy at any time where warranted.  

We truly thank you for your understanding & cooperation.

 

We are not a 100% organic hair salon, as that is physically impossible.

We offer a range of services from organic to conventional.

We strive to maintain an eco-friendly environment to the best of our ability.

Not all clientele will qualify for organic color services due to hair texture, 

percentage of grey hair, or desired color achievement.
